Q. How do we get started?
A. We will make an appointment to meet with you at your location at your convenience.

Q. What happens in the meeting?
A. We will bring catalogs that show vast selections of prints to choose from. Based on our previous conversations, we will bring frame and mating samples as well.

Q. What does Turnkey service mean?
A. Turnkey means we will meet with you by appointment, help you choose your prints, frame, and mating and quantities needed. Once the framing is completed, we will deliver and install all artwork onto your walls.

Q. What is turnaround time from the day an order is placed?

A. The size of the order usually dictates this. Fewer than 50 framed pictures takes two weeks. Orders of 50 or more takes approximately 3-5 weeks, based on quantity. An estimate will be provided.

Q. Is there a charge for an estimate?
A. No, we will provide this service free of charge.

Q. How long does an appointment take?
A. It takes as long as it takes to make you comfortable on your selections of frames and mating that will enhance your artwork.

Q. Do you have many selections to choose from?
A. We have over 2,000 frames and hundreds of mating colors to choose from.

Q. Do you offer delivery service?
A. Within a 50 mile radius from our store location, we can deliver and install your artwork free of charge.
